Who's Our Chef Luis?

I began my culinary journey at the age of 20, starting out as a dishwasher, where I first discovered my passion for cooking. This passion led me to study gastronomy for three years- attending classes in the mornings while working in the afternoons at an all-inclusive hotel that served uo to 1.500 guests a day.

Now, with over 15 years of experience in the culinary word, I have had the privilege of working in Manuel Antonio at renowned five-star hotels such as Arenas del Mar and Hotel Parador.

My career has allowed me to grow, refine my skills, and share my love for food through teaching, private chef services, and creating memorable dining experiences along Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast.
